Joyous to heal Bloemfontein

Known for their extraordinarily and pleasurable performances consisting of majestic vocals, up-to-date dance moves and regal attires, the multi-award winning gospel group MTN Joyous Celebration promises to heal Bloemfontein this August.

The group will be celebrating its momentous achievement through their celebrated performance at the University of the Free State’s South Campus Arena (Vista) on 26 August as part of its National 21st Tour – a continuation of the mission to touch and positively influence the nation.

The tour is also destined for North West (2 September), Limpopo (8 September), and the Northern Cape (28 October).

“We are celebrating a great milestone at a time when the land is mired with great despair,” says Jabu Hlongwane, founder of the group.

“We cannot ignore the recent happenings in the world at large. That is the reason we invite you to come and celebrate our 21st anniversary with us. Use this opportunity to talk to our Father to provide us with the Solomonic wisdom that will guide us in restoring calm to the land.”

As part of the celebratory 21st tour, the gospel ensemble has decided to share with the community, giving its gorgeous outfits to deserving choirs across the nine provinces, and also giving away hampers, which include a CD and DVD.

“We urge all Free State choirs to send us an email with a picture, location, and a short motivation of why they believe they are the deserving choir to receive one of MTN Joyous Celebration’s previous costumes,” said Lindelani Mkhize, producer and member of the group.
